Yes! Working vehicles can be stored in storage units. Storage units serve as a secure, safe space for vehicles of all sizes.

What is climate-controlled storage?

Climate-controlled storage means that your storage space will be in a temperature-controlled environment that remains between 55 and 82 degrees at all times. This makes them the preferred option for anyone storing temperature sensitive items. We also offer standard storage units with outdoor drive up access that don’t include climate control.

How close are you to Lake Livingston?

Lake Livingston is minutes away and an easy drive via U S Highway 190.

Do you sell boxes and supplies on site?

We do. Various supplies, including boxes and tape, are available to purchase at our facility.

Do you have any security features?

At our fenced and gated facility, you’ll find state of the art security cameras, and unique personalized coded access.

Are your storage units climate controlled?

Yes. Climate controlled units are available. They keep your belongings at a neutral temperature and humidity, making sure your items stay in great condition.

Am I required to store long-term?

We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.

How do I pay my bill?

Pay your storage bill online using a debit or credit card. You can also speak to your facility manager about autopay.

What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.

What can I store in a storage unit?

From furniture to vehicles, storage units can be used for a wide range of items. For things that can’t be stored in storage units, the general rule is that anything that is illegal, flammable or combustible, or that will rot can’t be stored. Things that can be stored: furniture, appliances, clothes , electronics, books, vehicles that are in working order, and much more!

Things that cannot be stored: food, ammunition, drugs, flammable and combustible items like gas, propane tanks, and car batteries, vehicles not in working order.

Can I live or sleep in a storage unit?

No. It is against the law to live in a storage unit. This comes down to safety and liability reasons.
